I haven’t written I a while about the effects and side effects of trazadone or the bipolar diagnosis.
J asked a while back if I was having anything like arthritis. I realized just now that yes, I have been having sore joints for a while. At first all I noticed was sore muscles - I first noticed it as the bottoms of my feet hurting as I walked. Very weird. But recently I have noticed hat when I crack my knuckles that it hurts, sometimes quite a bit.
My sleep has been more regular. I have been taking the trazadone at 10 pm, which usually has me nodding off within 30-60 minutes, althought sometimes I am still laying in bed staring at the ceiling for a while. I usually still wake up at least once.
Dreams have been pretty regular. Most mornings I wake up with vague recollections of some vivid dream before I awoke. More than once I have gotten up to pee and lain back down to try to get back to the dream, with mixed results. Usually it’s more of me just remembering the stuff that already happened.
