might as well put it here..

You know.. you go through your desk putting things away and find recipes on small pieces of paper.. what do you do with them? Well I’m gonna start putting them on the internet where i don’t have to look at it but I can find it when I need it.

Metafuel Chocolate Pudding 12 oz Silken Tofu 4 scoops CHocolate Metafuel 2 tsp cocoa 1/2 cup SIlk French Vanilla Creamer Blend well, bour into pudding cups and chill before serving

Metagreen Chile Dip 1 Packet (1 Tbsp) of MetaGreens 4 oz. Chopped green chiles 8 oz Soft cream cheese 1 tsp. Grated onion Lemon Juice to taste Mix ingrtedients, season to taste and enjoy!

MetaFuel Fruit Dip 21 0x of Non-fat Plain yogurt 4 scoops vanilla metafuel mix ingredients, dip fruit and enjoy!
