I haven’t posted anything of substance about what’s been going on.
A couple weeks a go a friend came out to see some string cheese shows at red rocks. He and his wife, his sweety of 12 years who I just met for the first time, camped in our yard. We went to the last string cheese show and i danced at a concert for the first time in a long long time. & stuff.
WHile John was here, i remembered something. Once when he visited me, I was in the midst of breaking up with my first wife. One of the reasons I’d gotten out of that relationship was because I didnt want to be trapped in corp amerika, and she was just fine with it. Well the last 15 years i’ve beem more in that hold than out of it. wtf.
THere’ve been some shake-ups at work, too. My dept now has a boss. SUposedly there are some other changes in the works as well.. Oh, and half of what’s left of our 2 man india support team is leaving in september, and he was the better of the two. MOre changes.
It’s august and my hair is pissing me off, it’s long and sweaty ahd hot. I get this way every august. I start thinking about cutting it off. all of it.. and then bic’ing it. maybe with a mohawk, who knows, i could have a long one now. I think i’ll color my hair instead, I’m thinkin blue.
