Here is my first attempt at uploading a flickr gallery On Saturday,
we stopped in Castle Rock to visit some enigmatic art pieces by the side
of the freeway. These are found here
Now I don’t know who made these. I suspect that it was the folks at the
Douglas County High School on the other side of the road (2842 Front St,
Castle Rock, CO if you wanna google map it yourself.)
This shows the whole field. Michelle doesn’t like having her picture on
the internet very much, so just look at the art pieces. In the
foreground is the overturned cereal thing. Further down are the
interesting human molds, then further still the bowling ball and pins,
and over on the left, the row of conformist balls. Note the rock
formation that, to some, gives Castle Rock its name (although I hear
that it was named after a family.)
