Michelle had physical therapy yesterday.. Lots of exercises, including straightening her elbow and bending it (pulling as necessary). bending and twisting wrist. She’s also supposed to massage the “dead blood” back towards the heart. Her elbow is a mass of soft bruisy stuff.. She’s taking two Regenicare’s a day for the inflammation. She drove yesterday for the first time since she fell, timing her pain pills to allow safe (if painful) operation of a motor vehicle.
In other news, watched “Sideways” last night. It was an Ok “buddy movie” for people who like to hear technical calk about wine. The other night we watched one called “Immortal” that we enjoyed, even if it was a bit weird. Futuristic and depressing in a BladeRunner kind of way (only with daylight). It has Horus, Anubis and Bastet arriving in a floating pyramid above New York City. Weird combination of CG and live action, parts of it resemble video game characters. Blockbuster has it, I recommend it.
