well they gave Michelle a couple Vicodins when she got in there.. We’re making her walk with a crutch..
in summary: they x-rayed my neck, shoulder and toe; no broken stuff. The toe is jammed, which the doctor explained to me is just that the bones banged into each other and a bruise has formed in the joint, causing the immobility. They gave me three prescriptions..
Michelle got some kind of brace for her wrist and her ankle. She didn’t have any breaks, either. Gave her two ’scrips.
Turns out this place (Good Samaritan Medical Center in Louisville) has some new kind of xray stuff.. they don’t use film, rather they take the pic into this tablet, which is then read by a computer into a document system (all digital), then the plates get wiped and reused. KInda like it’s an etch a sketch or one of those magnetic doodle thingies.
