So I attended a seminar this weekend about investing in real estate. Learned all kinds of good stuff.. I’m really excited about going out and buying some property so that I can have my expenses be paid for with passive income rather than working for a paycheck.
I met a number of people there, including a couple kids who are 18-19 who are friends of a friend. We talked a bit, and I’m thinking of helping to create a young person’s real estate investment group.
By the way, this is the first tiem I am using this live journal client on my PC rather than going to the website to add new things.
