I have this recipe that I use sometimes. I have it written on this piece of paper that has been magnetted to my fridge for years, and i’m afraid i will lose it. So i am hiding it in my gmail. (good thing I did)

Vermiculite & Rice Flour Cakes

Makes 12 jars

• 6 2/3+ c vermiculite
• 2 1/2+ c water
• 2 1/2+ c brown rice flour (freshly ground is best)

1. Place 1/2 tsp vermiculite in each jar (they should be clean but don’t need to be sterilized, this will hapen in the pressure cooker)

2. Spoon mix into jars without packing
3. Compact 1/2" once the jar is full (or leave loose)
4. Wipe rim clean (about down to the ridge on the outside)

5. Top 2/vemiculite

Cook 70 minutes at max pressure (15 pounds) in pressure cooker.
