- One ounce of finely powdered actives.
- 2 cups of cacao paste.
- 1/4 cup cacao butter,
- 5 tbsp of maple crystals,
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla powder,
- a pinch of salt,
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon,
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg,
- a few dashes of cayenne
Use a double boiler and bring the * cacao * cacao butter and * maple crystals to 115F down to 84F then
Blend in the spices and mushrooms one tbsp at a time then
Bring it all up to 89F blend again and pour.
