Butterscotch Pie

Butter Scotch Pie

• 2 c. milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 T. butter
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 2 T. flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Take ½ milk, add to butter & boil. Add remaining milk to dry ingredients & egg yolks. Add this to first mixture, cook till thick. Add vanilla.

Pour into pie crust.
