Broccoli Salad

From Mom’s recipe book
Broccoli Salad
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- ½ lb. bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Dressing: combine:
- 1 c. miracle whip salad dressing
- 2 T. red wine vinegar
- ¼ c. sugar
Toss dressing with other ingredients, chill.
